National Propane will not hook-up, move, or repair any exchange customer equipment or property, except that which has been agreed upon between National Propane management and customer

There will be no refunds or credits for existing propane in customer’s exchange cylinder(s). This is because the cost to extract the propane from the cylinder prior to refurbishment can often exceed the cost of the propane. It is recommended that customers use the entirety of the gas in their cylinder prior to ordering an exchange.

Billing for this service will be prepayment only with no exceptions.

Cylinder(s) will be left outside the customer’s home at the designated location identified by customer, unless otherwise instructed. CYLINDERS WILL NOT BE PLACED IN ANY ENCLOSED SPACE PER LAW.

Typically, deliveries will occur within 1-3 business days after order

Same-day customers must order no later than 12pm on the day cylinder(s) isare needed

We are not currently offering weekend delivery

Before taking possession of customer’s exchange tank, National Propane personnel must inspect it for operability and general condition. National Propane will not accept for exchange any cylinder that is beyond repair and/or inoperable in general, or any cylinder that has been manufactured more than 12 years prior to the date of exchange. National Propane will reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any cylinder for any reason related to the
condition of the cylinder

If your tank is damaged to the point that we deem it needs to be repaired, we will inform you of our findings. If your tank is deemed damaged to the point of needing repair, we will not be able to complete the exchange process and your money will be refunded, unless other arrangements have been made with management
